Kısmet Tatlı Integrated CIP and Process Automation Modernization Project
At the Kısmet Tatlı production facility, the CIP system together with pasteurization and heating heat exchangers was supplied and commissioned by us on a turnkey basis; existing lines and production tanks were retrofitted and integrated into a centralized automation infrastructure. The project brought hygiene standards fully under control, optimized production times, and significantly increased operational efficiency.

Belgroup Fransa Krem Peynir Makinesi Otomasyon Projesi
<strong>Akyıldız Otomasyon</strong> tarafından Fransa’da <strong>Belgroup</strong> firması için gerçekleştirilen bu projede, <strong>135°C sıcaklıkta pişirme yapabilen özel krem peynir makinesinin</strong> otomasyon yazılımı, saha uygulamaları, test ve devreye alma süreçleri başarıyla tamamlanmıştır.<br><br>Proje, klasik krem peynir eritme sistemlerinin genellikle <strong>90°C altı</strong> sıcaklıklarda çalıştığı standart yapıların ötesine taşınarak, daha yüksek sıcaklıkta proses kontrolü sağlayan yenilikçi bir çözüm olarak geliştirilmiştir. Bu sayede ürün içerisindeki mikrobiyal yük çok daha etkin şekilde kontrol altına alınmış, <strong>ürün güvenliği</strong> ve <strong>raf ömrü</strong> önemli ölçüde artırılmıştır.
Arnavutluk Süt Fabrikası Tam Otomasyon Retrofit Projesi
Arnavutluk’taki süt işleme tesisinde manuel ve yarı otomatik çalışan mevcut hatlar, düşük bütçeli retrofit yaklaşımıyla modern sensörler, kontrol ekipmanları ve merkezi otomasyon yazılımı kullanılarak tamamen otomatik ve tek panelden yönetilebilir hale getirilmiştir.
